- Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and New Years Day: double your daily rate. Christmas day we will only be offering once a day visits.
Postcode: RG25 is outside our core area. Prices upon enquiry depending upon location.
Prices are for up to 3 cats each additional cat will be charged at £1 per visit.
Initial consultation meeting is free of charge and will usually last no more than thirty minutes. For subsequent bookings key collection/drop off is priced at £4.50 to cover mileage.
If we are already looking after your cat and you have other small animals that you would like us to look after also we will be happy to consider undertaking this. We currently have on our client list; fish, rabbits, hamsters, geckos, turtles and a parrot.
Additional animal care will be charged at £1 per animal per visit requiring our attention. Any cage or hutch requiring cleaning as per your instructions during our time looking after them will be charged at £5 per small cage and £7.50 per large cage or hutch per occasion.
Vets Visits: £12 for up to an hour of our time. Any additional time will incur additional costs. Additional travel costs incurred will be charged at 45p per mile. (Either pre booked or due to illness)
We do all twice a day bookings before any once a day booking, this is to ensure that twice a day visits have the greatest time between tehm. Therefore once a day booking visits are late morning/early afternoon.
Cancellations 28 days or more before the start date of our services will receive a full deposit refund. However if you cancel within 28 days of your start date you will only receive 50% refund of your deposit. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full price.
