My girls were very well looked after by Paws at Home while I was away. I got regular updates about how they were doing, they were played with and got lots of attention. Their litter boxes kept clean and they were fed and watered as planned. Hillary is lovely, friendly and clearly a cat lover. She gave my girls great care an affection as if they were her own. It’s lovely to know I can leave them in safe hands and in their own home rather than any possible stress putting them into a cattery may have caused them. I’ll be using Paws at home again without a doubt.

We booked in our cats for a long weekend and we are very happy with the service Hilary and her family provide. She took the time to speak with us on the phone and visit us before the booking. We have one cat in particular who is very shy and he instantly took to Hillary, which we've never seen before. I can't stress enough how great they are; visiting beforehand, letting us know how it was going during. We're a few months on and have had Paws at Home look after her several times, our shy girl will now take a treat, have a fuss and the anxiety of the cattery is no more! We came back from our recent break and it was like we had never left, and when I read that she'd jumped down to have some fuss and attention I was delighted. I am so happy to have found Paws at Home. Our cat is quite timid so we were a bit worried about leaving her with someone else looking after her but she warmed up to them from the start! We left our boys in the care of Paws At Home for the first time this weekend and couldn't be happier with the service. Hilary came over to meet them before we went, we discussed what they like and dislike and even then were confident we'd chosen our cat sitter well. We came home to three happy boys and even received a daily visit report to let us know how they all got on.
Having struggled to find cat sitters in the past, it has been fantastic to know they were is such good hands and to experience the amazing service Hilary and Paws At Home offer. This was my first time having to look at options for having my 2 cats (both 7) looked after while we were away. I saw the advert in our local Parish magazine. Hilary came to visit a couple of time and I was really impressed with the services offered, dedication and how friendly Hilary was. First time going away with no one to look after my 2 indoor cats, and did not want to stick them in a cattery. This is the perfect alternative, came back from my holiday to find 2 healthy and happy cats. Geoff was great in looking after them, showed his knowledge of cats by not stressing them out and only petting them on their terms (they are very nervous cats). I was able to relax on holiday rather than worrying about my cats, and at the end was given a daily report going to detail as to whether they ate their food AM and PM, if they wanted to be fussed at all, if they saw them during their visit etc, which was very useful. After meeting Hilary to go over arrangements and hand over our keys I was confident that our cats would be in safe hands with fellow cat lovers. Hilary visited twice a day whilst I was away to feed and look after my cats, she really is a cat person and it was obvious they had been well looked after. None of my cats would be happy in a cattery as one is very much a home cat and Toby would go stir crazy if not allowed outside being Bengal.
